Services.
Stafford’s team has years of experience in all
aspects of facility construction and operations including Hiring of Design and
Construction Professionals, Program Design, Space Planning, Furniture, Fixtures
and Equipment (FF&E) Purchasing and Budget Preparation. Stafford Sports serves
as an Advisor to the owner on each of these areas as part of the overall
development of a facility.
Stafford’s team of professionals has worked on
behalf of both private and public owners in providing Operational Planning and
Facility Design. Stafford personnel have been involved in the development of
state-of-the-art arenas for professional sports franchises including the NBA’s
Philadelphia Sixers and San Antonio Spurs as well as the NHL’s Florida Panthers,
New York Islanders, and Philadelphia Flyers. Public sector owners have retained
Stafford personnel for Planning and Design including Camden County, NJ, Harris
County, TX, the City of Cedar Park, TX, the City of Hidalgo, TX, the City of
Laredo, TX, the Toms River School District, and Victoria, B.C.
